August 8-10, 2025
Our popular multi day experience! Based on the concept of the American minuteman: non-professional soldiers who kept their equipment ready to march at a minute’s notice should their community be endangered.
This weekend is limited to 18 students.
This will be a mostly self sustained experience to give you a chance to shake out your equipment (we will provide dinner Saturday night). Students will need to bring a backpack, sleep system appropriate for summer weather, clothing, rations, water bottles/ bladders, and comfort items like a camp stove, instant coffee, and a headlamp. Full packing list will be emailed to registrants in May.
This course has two objectives: to create a base of knowledge and self confidence in skill level 1 rifleman tasks, and to have the opportunity for real interpersonal connection with each other absent electronics and social media.
